The Lemon Head program (named after the yellow hard hats the students wear) is a work-based learning program created by the Inland NW AGC, Head Start to the Construction Trades, and NewTech Skills Center. It gives construction contractors the ability to hire 16 and 17-year-old youth to work at their construction sites, and provides the youth with invaluable experience and future career skills.
